Whats is Bilona Method?

Bilona is an ancient indian method of making ghee. The a2 gir cow milk is boiled and cooled. A spoonful of curd is added to the milk and kept at room temperature overnight. The ucrd i s churned to extract butter from it. The butter is heated so that the water evaporates leaving behind milk solids & pure ghee.

How is A2 ghee is different form regular ghee?

The primary is difference lies in the source of milk. A2 ghee is made from the milk of gir cows that naturally produce the A2 beta-casein protein. Regular ghee on other hand is typically made from milk containing both A1 and A2 beta-casein proteins.
